How long can I access the course?

All our ITIL 4 E-Learning courses come with 365 days of access and the exam voucher is also valid for 12 months from purchase.

Do you offer group training?

Yes we do offer group training both onsite at a location of your choice or via an instructor-led online session.

Can I resit my exam if i fail?

Yes, you can either purchase a take 2 option during your booking or purchase another exam voucher from us if you need it. For more information get in touch.

Do I need to take the Foundation course first?

Yes, The ITIL 4 Foundation course is required for you to sit any of the exams with the the ITIL 4 syllabus.

Exam vouchers

Exam vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. Exams are taken via an online proctor. You will require a webcam and a quiet room. Once accessed Exam Vouchers and e-books are non-transferable or refundable.
